They say there is no accounting for taste. I can accept that, but I'll be damned if I can understand why a program this well written and acted withers while some of the most vapid and tasteless messes press on. I've seen it too often, and the only explanation I can conjure is that sophistication and character development does not appeal to a younger audience as much as to an older demographic. The emphasis is on the vain and the shallow and the coarse. In that milieu, programming like The Firm is doomed.

I believe another network should pick up this show, sooo good.. Like scrubs was on NBC than picked up from ABC, except the show did go down the toilet. But hopefully another network will pickup and make it good or even better..

I believe they'll be showing the last three episodes of the season -
They should have given this show a chance, I thought it was a great show and I guess the writers didn't know it was getting canceled and left everybody hanging as to what happens with the trial I guess if you want a happy ending he wins if you don't he losses the case oh well, thats life another good show down the drain.

I don't get why so many dislike this show, it's among the best shows currently out there.
